By accessing or using the Rille platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rille.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Rille acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers, diners and restaurants, or guests and shortlet hosts.
All stablecoin transactions on the Platform are processed on supported blockchain networks. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of wallet addresses and transaction amounts before confirming any payment.
Rille may charge service fees for certain transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
If you use the Platform as a merchant, restaurant, or shortlet host, you agree to provide accurate listings, honour confirmed orders and bookings, comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, and maintain the quality of goods and services as described on the Platform.

All content, branding, design, and technology on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Rille and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Rille does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products, services, or accommodations listed by third-party providers on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rille shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending transactions will be processed in accordance with our policies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
