Questions

Common questions

Who can sell on Rille?

Any small business or individual with something to sell in Nigeria, physical products or digital goods. Registered business or not, everyone is welcome. Verification is required before your first payout.

What is a storelink?

A public page at shop.rillehq.com/yourstore that carries your whole catalogue. Anyone with the link can browse and check out as a guest, with no app and no account. It is the same catalogue buyers see in the marketplace.

Do my customers need the app to buy?

No. Buyers browsing the marketplace use the app or the web, and anyone you send your storelink to can pay as a guest in their browser. Buyer protection and escrow apply to orders placed in the app.

Which payment methods can I take?

Card and bank transfer from buyers in Nigeria, and USDC on Solana from customers anywhere. USDC converts to naira and settles to your Nigerian bank, usually within minutes.

Do I have to hold USDC?

No. If a customer pays in USDC you can convert straight to naira. Hold the balance only if you want dollar exposure or you pay suppliers abroad.

Can I sell both physical and digital goods?

Yes. One catalogue can carry physical products and digital downloads at the same time, managed side by side.

Is this only for shops, or do restaurants work too?

Both. Restaurants and food businesses get menu sections, item modifiers, and a sold-out toggle, and your storelink becomes the menu customers order from.

How do I get paid?

Payments settle to your Rille wallet as soon as the order completes. Withdraw to your Nigerian bank account whenever you want, or opt in for direct bank settlement.

When can I start?

Rille launches on 27 August 2026 and launch partners go first. Join the waitlist and we will get you set up before launch day, including moving your existing product list across.

Limited early access
